1. Agreement
By using heroufut.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Heroufut. You are responsible for making sure that using a social casino website is permitted where you are.
3. Social gaming only
Heroufut is a free-to-play social casino provided for entertainment purposes only. There is no real-money wagering. Virtual coins:
- are issued free of charge and cannot be purchased;
- have no monetary value and are not your property;
- cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes of any kind;
- are reset whenever the page is reloaded.
4. The game
The Twenty-First Leaf is a blackjack game played against an automated house that follows the rules published on the game page. Outcomes are determined by a random shuffle in your browser. Results in a social game are no indication of results in real-money gambling.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, interfere with other people’s use of it, or copy its design, text or code for commercial purposes without permission.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, artwork and code of Heroufut belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and related laws.
7. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it accurate and working, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes and contact
